Membership Costs
Annual Membership
$5000 annual fee that grants members access to the Spark Angels network.
7% of total invested capital for operations, legal, and accounting services. Any unused capital will be returned to investors upon investment disbursement.
Investment Operations
10% of investment returns will be returned to Spark Angels to fund operations.

Qualifications to Join
All members must be accredited investors as defined by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, meaning they meet at least one of the following qualifications:
Income: An annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) in each of the two most recent years, with the expectation of reaching the same level in the current year.
Net Worth: A net worth of over $1 million, either individually or jointly, excluding the value of your primary residence.
Professional: Holding certain professional certifications, designations, or credentials in good standing (e.g., Series 7, 65, or 82 license).

Members are encouraged to participate in investment activities and supporting portfolio companies. Spark Angels staff will facilitate member participation, prioritizing efficiency and making the best use of their time. Although active participation is encouraged, it is not required.
